Workouts & Routines

  • Create workout templates of your favorite workouts (weight or cardio workouts). Workout templates make it very easy to enter workout information into your log by providing a predefined set of exercises and other information that can be easily imported to your log leaving only minimum information to fill up.
  • Create routine templates. A routine template is a collection of workout templates that are assigned to an ideal day when they are supposed to take place. For example, you could create a routine template where your workouts are schedule on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Routine templates are an ideal way to plan a workout program that spans multiple days.
  • Schedule your workouts using the routine templates or schedule your workouts from scratch. When you schedule a routine you are assigning those workouts to take place on set dates. Once these workouts have been schedule, you can simply go to your log and at the click of a button you can import the information down to your log. If you have already performed the same workout during a previous day you can also import the values from the previous workout to the new workout, making data entry even easier.

Reports:

  • Analyze your progress by generating multiple types of reports.
  • Pick from predefined report date ranges or create your own custom range.
